Valentines day post

I know this is a month late, but since when have I been conventional ;) I like to think of it as non conformism. But you can call it laziness if you want.

Emy and I were standing in the kitchen eating conversation hearts

Emy looked down at her heart and back at me. Then back at her heart, then back at me. "What?" I asked.
She looked a little like she might have to poop.
"What are you doing?" I asked again, wondering if she was in pain.
"I'm trying to read it, duh!" She exclaimed.
With a harsh look at me over her shoulder she ran out of the kitchen and into the living room. I saw her whisper to Hannah who was sitting on the couch. However, Emy's version of "whispering" Is saying something just as loud as talking, only in a raspy high pitched voice.
She leaned over to Hannah and whispered "What does it say?"
Hannah leaned over and told her in a real whisper.
Emy came running back to me and said, "I can read this. It says 'kiss me.'"
With a smug look on her face she got on her tip toes and gave me a kiss on the cheek. Then she proceeded to eat her conversation heart.
Once she devoured the candy heart, she ran off to Hannah with another one.
 "What does it say?"
*More whispers*
She ran back into the kitchen and declared, "This one says 'I love you' I love you!" She told me popping it into her mouth.
"I love you too Emy!" I said with a grin.
Once again she ran off to the living room with a candy heart.
*More whispers*
This time she ran back as fast as she could. "I KNOW WHAT THIS ONE SAYS!" She declared.
"What does it say?" I asked, wondering why she was so excited. And she knelt on the floor and offered me the heart.

And that is the story of how my own, baby sister proposed to me.

An Instructional Blog - How to feed your family of 9

First, Buy a large quantity of Ramen noodles. They only cost 25 cents each and are very practical for a family of 9

Next, cook the Ramen. All of it.

It's best if you set out bowls before you are ready to serve. It saves time and makes mass food delivery easier.

And don't forget spoons!

Now it's time to put the Ramen in the bowls!

Congratulations! You have reached the last step. Serve and enjoy!

Tip: If you close your eyes and really reeeeally try, you can imagine you are eating a healthy well balanced meal, rather than packaging materials.

Michael likes Ramen. but then again, Michael likes dog food...
